- The series is a comedy that talks about the difficulties of buying a flat in Hong Kong.
- Vincent Wong will play Jack, a homebody who is popular among the opposite sex. He likes to cook. He is a typical Hong Kong citizen. His girlfriend breaks up with him due to being a gold digger. He has a romantic storyline with Eliza Sam, Selena Li, and Toby Chan.
- Selena will play Choi Kin Ching (蔡堅菁), a piano teacher. She is very crude. She is a sassy girlfriend who always bullies Vincent. She is slightly neurotic; because of being hurt in love, she would unexpectedly explode, but she is typically very normal.
- Evergreen Mak will play Lo Bit Tat (勞必達), a management director. He is a third generation flat slave. He and Rachel Kan are a married couple, and they have a 20-year-old son (played by Matthew Ho).
- Matthew will play Lo Do Lok (勞多樂).
- Kiki Sheung will play a big landlord. She and KK Cheung are a married couple.
- Eliza will play Peggy, a girl who has returned from overseas.
- Toby will play Tong On Nei (唐安妮), a gold digger who discards her boyfriend of 14 years for money.
- C Kwan will play Vincent's best friend. He has many girlfriends.
